Dr. Rajesh Ganji is an Automotive SPICE Instructor and also a renowned organization transformation leader. He is the Director of ‘Engineering Excellence in Execution’ and also heads the ‘Platform Software’ with ZF commercial vehicles control systems division

Rajesh also leads the procedures workgroup with Intacs VDA . He has been instrumental in transformation of multiple companies in Automotive (OEs and Tier1) across the globe (Japan, USA, Sweden ,Germany and India) bringing in various multiple cross dimensional approaches.
